Established in 2000 to to give new designers, interested in embroidery, the opportunity to showcase their talents and gain vital exposure and experience, The Hand & Lock Prize for Embroidery now attracts entries from all over the world. The prize aims to promote the use of hand embroidered surface embellishment within fashion, costume and soft furnishing.
